Call for Papers | INCET 2027


BMS College of Architecture, Design and Planning is delighted to announce the International Conference on Emerging Tourism: Architecture and Planning Perspectives (INCET 2027).
Location: Bengaluru, India
Dates: 29th, 30th & 31st January 2027

In the 21st century, tourism has evolved beyond economic activity into a critical interface between culture, ecology, infrastructure, and human experience. As global tourism transitions from mass-driven models to experience-led, sustainable, and knowledge-intensive approaches, the role of architecture and planning becomes central in shaping resilient, inclusive, and meaningful destinations.
INCET 2027 is conceived as an interdisciplinary platform to bridge the gap between tourism studies and built environment disciplines, fostering dialogue across academia, policy, and practice to co-create future-ready tourism frameworks.

  • Abstract Deadline: 31st May 2026
  • Acceptance Notification: 5th June 2026
  • Full Paper Submission: 30th September 2026

Selected high-quality papers will be considered for publication in Scopus-indexed proceedings / special issue journals.
